After your offer is accepted, I will ensure that you are connected with trusted experts to ensure a seamless transaction. I will manage all the various components of the process, such as coordinating with the inspector, appraiser, title company, your mortgage lender, and the seller to ensure a timely closing with minimal uncertainty and surprises. Once your final walkthrough is complete, I will help facilitate all the needed steps for you to be confident in a successful closing and transfer of funds. I will help you review closing disclosures and ensure you have all the necessary items for the closing date. When the closing is finalized, you will receive a BIG congratulations on becoming a new homeowner! 

Abstract Surface

After signing the final paperwork to complete the purchase, you are now the owner of a new house. It may take a few days for your loan to be funded once the paperwork has been returned to the lender, but once that check is delivered to the seller, you will be all set to move into the home of your dreams.
